Terrible owner and staff, so rude and unprofessional. Go anywhere but here, staff made me feel so uncomfortable with me and my body. They giggled and snickered way after I left the waxing room in tears - and they still missed several spots!!!! Waste of money and destroyed me

I’ve been coming here for two years and usually have no issues. The lady who gave me a legs wax today was efficient and made conversation which I genuinely enjoyed, but while I was getting dressed to leave I could hear her from the next room joking with someone else about how long my appointment took because of how much hair I had and how some people just “don’t win the genetics lottery”. It ruined my experience and frankly made me feel insecure, even though I’m paying for this service. Not going to name the employee because her service is always great but this was an unprofessional slip up :/

Clean and bright inside and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Booked a appt with no issues and Robyn was attentive and did a great job. Definitely recommend!

I had my first Brazilian wax ever done by Robyn. It was extremely painful as expected, but done fairly quick. I do have a couple of hairs left, but that could be my fault from squirming around from the pain lol. However, I did expect to walked through the process since it was my first time, just to ease up the nerves and just have a better overall experience, but the service itself felt pretty rushed and quiet which made me a bit nervous and uncomfortable. I would recommend this place for people who have got waxed before and know the drill, but it’s probably not the best place for first timers. Aliza at the front did a great job at welcoming me.

Robin is wonderful! She explained everything as I am a newbie and made me feel comfortable. I will go back for sure.

Got to the door it was locked 2 different times, and it was very windy. Woman didn't introduce herself to me she, Went to the back and yelled my name and yelled, "Room 2, what kind of service is that?" Didn't know I was at a fast food place. Didn't even walk me in or anything. She immediately just started, with no heads up! Was not comforting me at all she said she was tired and looked not suitable for the job. I tried starting countless conversations with her, and she hardly spoke back. When I asked her what the oil she was using on my skin was, she replied she had NO IDEA. Literally, clueless has no education in the product she's using. She was not informable at all. After returning home, I have to book another appointment, somewhere else, just to fix her problems. Overall, the work was ok, but i would not return. My rate is 1/5.

Excellent experience for first time Brazilian wax with Ashley. She is great. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Will definitely be back! Love the store, the signage is so funny! Noor who welcomed us and cashed out is very sweet! Thanks Ladies for a great experience

Clean, hygienic and tidy place. A very comfortable environment for someone who’s new. Aestheticians have a lot of knowledge and are always ready to educate and help with any issues. Front desk is warm and friendly and the products recommended work great. Will be visiting again!

It was our first visit there and we were greeted not only by the staff but by the other visitors. This just shows the warm and welcoming environment that exists there. We had an amazing chat with the front line person and then met Siman as our esthetician and she not only made us feel comfortable, but made us feel special. Her work is simply artistic and transformational.

I was not recommended. My wife was very dissatisfied with the service shown. She was hurt while voxing, which made her voxing site hurt for several days.

Siman was absolutely amazing she completed my appointment in 40 minutes which normally could take 1 hour and 10 mins! Incredible and no pain, she was so thorough, NO more hair!!! I had an appointment with Ashley for eyebrow and upper lip waxing. She did an amazing job, my brows have never looked better! The salon was very nice, it was clean and the rooms made you feel like you had some privacy. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

I usually go to the one at Danforth but the traffic there was not the greatest. Today is the first time I have been this location for Brazilian, Ashley was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. It wasn’t hurt at all since we have been having great conversation in between. I will definitely come back!

This place is alright. Been here a few times and was never uncomfortable. Only thing that prevents me from coming here every time I need a wax is that sometimes the girls will miss patches of my leg hair as I’m blonde and it’s harder to see I guess. I know it’s not an intentional mistake so I never say anything. Other than that the service and space is lovely.

I went for a bikini wax today after many positive experiences at Allure pre-pandemic. This was the most painful waxing experience I've ever had. The person doing my waxing did not hold my skin taut (as I've had done at every bikini wax, even at this location) so my skin was pulled extremely abrasively and now I have extreme bruising (including subcutaneous bleeding). It looks awful and will not be better before I'm on the beach in 2 days. Quite frankly I'd have been better off shaving. I'm extremely disappointed/upset and still in pain 7 hours after my service.

I ask questions about waxing. The person answered my questions with respect and dignity.

Terrible service, missed spots, didn’t not pull skin taught, left with bruises and patches everywhere. Fouja had no care for well being or comfort. She was in a rush and had no care for the client. Will never return and urge everyone to find someplace else to get waxed.

Robyn (The lady who did my waxing) was incredibly skilled and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She had a great technique that made the waxing quick and efficient. I was surprised by how comfortable and relaxed I felt during the session. Overall, I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a comfortable and speedy waxing experience!

I used to go to Allure Body Bar in Vaughan (which I loved). Last year I relocated to Newmarket and was obviously nervous to explore new salons for all sorts of waxing, luckily I discovered that Allure has a branch here (yay!) I have been going to Foujan for waxing, she is professional, quick, gentle and patient. I feel comfortable with her. :). I highly recommend Allure and Foujan for your next salon visit.
