Terrible owner and staff, so rude and unprofessional. Go anywhere but here, staff made me feel so uncomfortable with me and my body. They giggled and snickered way after I left the waxing room in tears - and they still missed several spots!!!! Waste of money and destroyed me

I’ve been coming here for two years and usually have no issues. The lady who gave me a legs wax today was efficient and made conversation which I genuinely enjoyed, but while I was getting dressed to leave I could hear her from the next room joking with someone else about how long my appointment took because of how much hair I had and how some people just “don’t win the genetics lottery”. It ruined my experience and frankly made me feel insecure, even though I’m paying for this service. Not going to name the employee because her service is always great but this was an unprofessional slip up :/

Clean and bright inside and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Booked a appt with no issues and Robyn was attentive and did a great job. Definitely recommend!

I had my first Brazilian wax ever done by Robyn. It was extremely painful as expected, but done fairly quick. I do have a couple of hairs left, but that could be my fault from squirming around from the pain lol. However, I did expect to walked through the process since it was my first time, just to ease up the nerves and just have a better overall experience, but the service itself felt pretty rushed and quiet which made me a bit nervous and uncomfortable. I would recommend this place for people who have got waxed before and know the drill, but it’s probably not the best place for first timers. Aliza at the front did a great job at welcoming me.

Robin is wonderful! She explained everything as I am a newbie and made me feel comfortable. I will go back for sure.

Quick and not too painful. Good value for money especially if you get on the mailing list.

Got to the door it was locked 2 different times, and it was very windy. Woman didn't introduce herself to me she, Went to the back and yelled my name and yelled, "Room 2, what kind of service is that?" Didn't know I was at a fast food place. Didn't even walk me in or anything. She immediately just started, with no heads up! Was not comforting me at all she said she was tired and looked not suitable for the job. I tried starting countless conversations with her, and she hardly spoke back. When I asked her what the oil she was using on my skin was, she replied she had NO IDEA. Literally, clueless has no education in the product she's using. She was not informable at all. After returning home, I have to book another appointment, somewhere else, just to fix her problems. Overall, the work was ok, but i would not return. My rate is 1/5.

The staff is so welcoming, and the facility is well-maintained, I don't want to go anywhere else to get my wax done. Hi, since I started coming here for my body waxing I have been very happy with the treatment, and professional courtesy and this is from various employees, which to me means that Frank has made an effort to ensure that his attention to detail with the staff was right on spot. I have been in business for quite a long time myself and know that the secret to success is in the hands of the staff. They are your front-line people so when you get results it is because of their ability to do it right. When I first went there I met Frank who suggested various areas for waxing and I felt comfortable with the service. Thank you, Frank. I had been to 2 other Waxers before I came to you they were small operations one or 2 people run by themselves but they moved away to other provinces. I am not sure if you remember me and I didn't mention it at the time but the business I had was the best on the Island with a staff of 350 employees and about 200 in sales, when we were at our strongest. They were the front line. I made sure that they were highly trained, especially with people skills and product information. When I started to close as I was moving to Canada I had to reduce it in stages as no other company had the resources to buy my company so I had to split it up and sell it in the section over the years as I had my staff feeling lost I told them that they were the best and I already have their jobs confirmed, all my competitors and wholesalers whom we supplied wanted my staff as they knew their capabilities. All of them were able to migrate to about 30 different companies at the same salary and with no loss of their years of service. Most became supervisors and managers with increased salaries within 2 years, The reason was simple they were training the owners and employees of the other companies with the knowledge and style they had learned. The business was a jewelry business, I am happy and proud of all of them. You have a wonderful staff that is doing their profession correctly. I know this is a long story but I give credit where it is due. Visited Approximately 2 months later this time it was not as difficult for the waxing. Luba was a very professional attendant who did an excellent job of waxing. I will be back in late February or early March. The sensation of Smooth is pleasantly pleasing. 😃

I have been coming to this location for several years. Foujan (5 stars) has done my waxing since day one and it has always been a good experience. She is friendly, fast and highly efficient! On my recommendation, my son visits her now, too! The front desk staff is always welcoming. Overall: 5 stars.

Terrible service, missed spots, didn’t not pull skin taught, left with bruises and patches everywhere. Fouja had no care for well being or comfort. She was in a rush and had no care for the client. Will never return and urge everyone to find someplace else to get waxed.

I used to go to Allure Body Bar in Vaughan (which I loved). Last year I relocated to Newmarket and was obviously nervous to explore new salons for all sorts of waxing, luckily I discovered that Allure has a branch here (yay!) I have been going to Foujan for waxing, she is professional, quick, gentle and patient. I feel comfortable with her. :). I highly recommend Allure and Foujan for your next salon visit.

I was not recommended. My wife was very dissatisfied with the service shown. She was hurt while voxing, which made her voxing site hurt for several days.

I informed the lady that I have sensitive skin before getting Face wax, she said it will be fine. But I had a truly horrible experience after getting a face wax, as my skin peeled off in various spots.. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Went in for full legs and arms wax last week with Ashley. She was very sweet and polite. However, my waxing experience was not the greatest. It was quite messy and left with leftover wax all over my arms and legs. It wasn’t a huge deal as I was going to shower as soon as I got home. But the biggest issue was the chunks of skin that got ripped from my arms and the burns I have on my legs. During my appointment, I did notice that parts of my legs were severely more painful and Ashley had said it was due to how dehydrated my skin was. However, now that’s it’s been several days, I can see that these spots are all left with burn marks. Additionally, there were several parts of my arms that were stinging as well, due to the redness at the time of waxing I couldn’t tell that my skin was getting ripped off. But when I brought it up to Ashley she reassured me that this was just because I had sensitive skin and the redness would go down once she sprayed my skin with witch hazel. This was my first visit here, and the staff I met were extremely polite and pleasant. But unfortunately I will not be returning as I think better precaution and understanding the client’s skin should’ve prevented this. Images attached are of the skin peeling on my arms. These were taken on the day after my wax.

I booked a same day appointment at this place, merely out of convenience, as I had errands in the area. I usually do sugar-waxing in Barrie, where I live, as I find it is generally a lot less painful. So my expectations going in for a Brazilian wax, after neglecting this area for quite a while, we're that it was going to be extremely painful, as previous experiences have shown. Wow, I couldn't have been more wrong! EVERYTHING about this procedure was done as painlessly as is possible!!!! I am terrible with names, but I believe the name of my waxologist was Ashley - and she was amazing - VERY professional, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a LOT of pain and discomfort.... book your next waxing appointment here!
