Terrible owner and staff, so rude and unprofessional. Go anywhere but here, staff made me feel so uncomfortable with me and my body. They giggled and snickered way after I left the waxing room in tears - and they still missed several spots!!!! Waste of money and destroyed me

I’ve been coming here for two years and usually have no issues. The lady who gave me a legs wax today was efficient and made conversation which I genuinely enjoyed, but while I was getting dressed to leave I could hear her from the next room joking with someone else about how long my appointment took because of how much hair I had and how some people just “don’t win the genetics lottery”. It ruined my experience and frankly made me feel insecure, even though I’m paying for this service. Not going to name the employee because her service is always great but this was an unprofessional slip up :/

Clean and bright inside and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Booked a appt with no issues and Robyn was attentive and did a great job. Definitely recommend!

Been a client since 2017, (initially Danforth Av.) Today was my first appointment with Ashley. Without a doubt the best waxing experience I have ever had! An expert waxer, extremely gentle yet very thorough. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had my first Brazilian wax ever done by Robyn. It was extremely painful as expected, but done fairly quick. I do have a couple of hairs left, but that could be my fault from squirming around from the pain lol. However, I did expect to walked through the process since it was my first time, just to ease up the nerves and just have a better overall experience, but the service itself felt pretty rushed and quiet which made me a bit nervous and uncomfortable. I would recommend this place for people who have got waxed before and know the drill, but it’s probably not the best place for first timers. Aliza at the front did a great job at welcoming me.

Robin is wonderful! She explained everything as I am a newbie and made me feel comfortable. I will go back for sure.

I have been coming to allure for several years now and I have never been disappointed. I used to get Brazilian waxes from Ashley & she was amazing, she always made sure I was following the aftercare. I now go to Siman for laser hair removal and she’s the best. She explains everything and makes sure I’m comfortable 🙂

I was not recommended. My wife was very dissatisfied with the service shown. She was hurt while voxing, which made her voxing site hurt for several days.

I used to go here a few month ago when Nina was working here and at that time it wasn't an amazing experience. I went here last month and I kind of felt uncomfortable. I tried to make small talk with her and it was mainly one word answers, didn't really seem friendly or wanting to talk. Not a great experience

Ashley is the only waxer I will go to here! I have tried several individuals over the years here and they were not good at all and left me bleeding and with bruises but I come back only for Ashley because she's great!

I started going to Allure a few months ago and I don't regret my decision to use their service. The staff is so welcoming, and the facility is well-maintained, I don't want to go anywhere else to get my wax done. Quick services make it a good option when on the fly or stopping through town, and the lady at the front desk was super nice. That being said, my waxer walked right into the room before I was ready, talked to me more about my skin issues and trying to pressure me into buying products than having a genuine conversation. She also left wax all over my skin. Sometimes, the quality of the service is more important than speed.

10/10!!! I always have an amazing experience. I have had multiple waxing services done, Brazilian, eyebrows, legs etc... and every time Ashley has done such a wonderful job. It is always such clean, polite, quick, and thorough service! I will continue going to allure because of the amazing prices and wonderful service. I highly recommend!!

This was the worst wax I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting waxed for over 2 years and this is by far the worst. I’m new to the city so I’ve been trying to find a regular wax bar which is why I gave allure a try but tbh I wish u hadn’t. The staff was nice but didn’t go out of their way or anything. The washroom was tiny and uncomfortable and the service itself was also uncomfortable. After the service I had baby powder all over my clothes and when I got home I realized that there was hair missed. It was very fast as advertised but I’d rather a long appointment if it means a better experience.

Super appreciative that Siman was able to squeeze me in for a last minute session. She was so lovely and personable; really made the experience a pleasant one. She even gave some products recommendations, and really made sure I felt comfortable. Always impressed by the quality of service, clean environment, professional atmosphere. Today, I was completely amazed at the phenomenal service I received from Siman. Siman was absolutely amazing she completed my appointment in 40 minutes which normally could take 1 hour and 10 mins! Incredible and no pain, she was so thorough, NO more hair!!! It was our first visit there and we were greeted not only by the staff but by the other visitors. This just shows the warm and welcoming environment that exists there. We had an amazing chat with the front line person and then met Siman as our esthetician and she not only made us feel comfortable, but made us feel special. Her work is simply artistic and transformational.

Went to see Siman. Totally amazing experience. Made me feel so comfortable and spent more time laughing than getting my one minute wax done!! So quick and painless. Ask for Siman. She is the best!

Got to the door it was locked 2 different times, and it was very windy. Woman didn't introduce herself to me she, Went to the back and yelled my name and yelled, "Room 2, what kind of service is that?" Didn't know I was at a fast food place. Didn't even walk me in or anything. She immediately just started, with no heads up! Was not comforting me at all she said she was tired and looked not suitable for the job. I tried starting countless conversations with her, and she hardly spoke back. When I asked her what the oil she was using on my skin was, she replied she had NO IDEA. Literally, clueless has no education in the product she's using. She was not informable at all. After returning home, I have to book another appointment, somewhere else, just to fix her problems. Overall, the work was ok, but i would not return. My rate is 1/5.
